SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wtocoin Ltd. (http://uxw707-m1.myshopify.com/). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for all home textile products, including throw pillows, pillowcases, and duvet covers.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

High Volume Periods: During holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer (up to 5 business days).
Vacuum Packaging Notice: To protect textiles during transit and reduce shipping volume, pillows, inserts, and duvet covers may arrive vacuum-sealed. Please allow 24–48 hours for fluffing and full expansion upon opening.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We ship domestically across the United States and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will normally become active within 24–48 hours.

You can track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email or by visiting our site.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Domestic Orders: Sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law.
International Orders: Wtocoin Ltd. is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain oversized items (such as bulk bedding or heavy pillow sets).

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Wtocoin Ltd. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect delivery details were provided, or after proof of delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives severely damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product, save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at [email protected].
Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your residence, speak with neighbors, and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to customer support.
